Beside me a magpie -lark spreads its wings as flower petals fall upon a gentle breeze.
A mirrored lens of self reflection, a reminder one must spread their wings before they can fly and the grace of the shedding petals gives a sense of letting go and let things happen naturally.
Nature does not rush or force things to happen but letting the natural rhythm happen by flow and patience.
I observed the magpie -lark as if flew off to a branch on an old tree i could hear a duet of two birds. This made me think if we take the time to listen we can hear the beautiful earths symphonies.
As my nervous system slows down and I feel grounded I take out my sketchbook and soak in the energy of the flowers and tall trees with the ballads that surround me. I started working on some illustrations for my portfolio which I am very happy to be in a burst of creative flow. I'm most creative when my body is calm and cultivated with inner peace.
There is something comforting listening to the birds in the present moment, it feels their calls have been around older than worry.
A harmony
An Inhale
An exhale ....
A recharge and reset
There is no judgement or nothing to strive to chase, just a moment of grounding to take with you.
A little poem to reflect the day.
Sun rays upon the leaves
A little bird came and cheeped
Two voices upon the old tree
Sing in beautiful harmony
A gentle rhythm in natures harmony
To let go and breathe
